What does Basileia mean?

In the original Greek text of the New Testament, ‘basileia’ is the word for ‘kingdom’ that Jesus uses time and time again in His parables and His teachings. Jesus brought the Kingdom and Heaven onto Earth, and taught His followers to do the same. When we participate in His work on Earth today, we are bringing the Kingdom of Heaven down.

Our goal at Basileia Mission is to do just that, bring the Kingdom of Heaven onto earth.
